Twelve-week quantitative finance internship with rotations across Institutional Solutions and Risk. Responsibilities include quantitative research, portfolio analysis, statistical modeling, portfolio optimization, performance attribution, risk analysis, backtesting, asset allocation, security selection, and portfolio management support. The role requires market knowledge, strong statistics and econometrics, programming experience, and the ability to translate academic or buy-side research into actionable investment theses.

Supports Sales Data Management and AUM Reporting technology initiatives through requirements gathering, data analysis, reconciliation, process documentation, testing, UAT, and Agile delivery collaboration. Partners with business, finance, client data, product, and technology stakeholders to improve reporting quality, automation, and data processes across institutional and intermediary distribution channels.

Chief Operating Officer responsible for execution across the Specialty Finance business, including operating model alignment, data integrity, marketing and investor communications, fund financing coordination, process improvement, service-provider oversight, and complex cross-functional initiatives. The role manages timelines, reporting, liquidity activities, and selected investment professionals while partnering with finance, legal, compliance, technology, operations, and investor relations teams.
