Lead selection, design, and implementation of a consolidated IBOR/OMS for private markets. Define architecture, integrations, workflows, and vendor strategy; translate private-markets processes into platform requirements and manage stakeholders and implementation delivery.

Support senior Relationship Managers and Associates in servicing institutional clients by preparing meeting materials, maintaining CRM and consultant contacts, assisting RFP production, managing pipeline reporting, coordinating mailings and team logistics, and participating in projects to improve internal service procedures.

Lead firmwide AI upskilling by designing and delivering role-appropriate training, coaching, and enablement content for NB-GPT, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other AI tools. Create communications, self-serve learning resources, videos, and guides; track adoption and co-organize AI community events to drive practical, compliant usage across the firm.

Lead product development across equity, fixed income, alternatives and multi-asset lines from concept to launch. Originate and analyze new product ideas, conduct market and competitor analysis, manage pricing and business cases, integrate initiatives across the firm, support risk and regulatory review, and supervise and develop team members to maximize product commercial viability.

Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across Private Wealth client service. Map journeys, create SOPs and KPIs, drive technology enablement (requirements, testing, adoption), partner on data governance, rationalize documentation, and implement efficiency-focused changes to improve client outcomes and reduce errors.

Lead CRM product ownership for North America distribution teams, translate business priorities into Salesforce requirements and roadmaps, partner with tech/data/operations to deliver solutions, promote data governance, drive adoption, change management, and measure business outcomes.

Provide operational and client support for high-net-worth wealth clients: manage transactions, account openings and maintenance, reporting, client communications, and liaise with advisors, portfolio managers, and operations while maintaining Salesforce records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports, partner with business teams to translate requirements into SQL datasets, ensure governed data and visualization standards, manage BI tool lifecycle, and apply advanced analytics to uncover insights from complex data.

The Equity Research Analyst will conduct fundamental research, provide stock recommendations, engage with management teams, and contribute to portfolio construction with a focus on sustainability.

The role involves leading investment deals, performing valuations, preparing due diligence, and managing portfolio analysis while mentoring junior associates.

Design and build polished, accessible client-facing web and mobile applications. Implement scalable front-end architectures, type-safe APIs, ETL pipelines, cloud-native infrastructure, observability (OpenTelemetry), and CI/CD. Responsibilities include driving operational efficiencies, establishing governance frameworks, and collaborating with senior leadership to implement scalable solutions. The role requires proficiency in financial modeling and capacity planning, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Build and maintain SQL-based reporting, data models, and Python data pipelines for private markets portfolio construction and analytics. Diagnose data issues, implement tests, collaborate with investment teams, and deliver scalable, well-documented applications and data features.

The role involves managing investment planning and portfolios, liaising with teams for client inquiries, and understanding private investment strategies for Japanese clients.
