As the Salesforce & Business Applications Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing Neverware’s primary software tools and systems, including Salesforce and Domo. In doing so, you'll enable us to get greater return on our use of these tools and open the doors to using them in a much more powerful way. You'll sit on our Operations team and report to the Head of Business Analytics. In time, you'll optimize our data infrastructure, introduce and maintain processes and automations to help improve business operations, and reduce errors and downtime.

Assist and guide engineering work, QA testing, and bug reproduction wherever CloudReady’s interface to other infrastructure is a factor. Combine your own expertise, feedback from other teams, and first-hand experimentation to establish and document IT best practices for CloudReady customers. Serve as the internal voice for CloudReady’s most technical customers, enterprise IT Admins, staying informed through interviews, research, and hands-on experience . Contribute strategic insights about markets, industries, and verticals where IT environments or needs can be a good fit for CloudReady.

Help us manage the unique complexity of staying up to date with a large number of external dependencies (both source code and binary) through the development of custom tools and processes. Help keep current CloudReady hardware compatibility up-to-date as well as expand it to new devices. Help shape CloudReady’s future through the definition, implementation and delivery of new features and tools that will deliver maximum value to the company and our customers. Once you become comfortable in the role you may have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position on the team, helping other engineers be happy, maximally productive and on a path to achieve their career goals. You can expect to work with a wide variety of languages and technologies (C/C++ and Python are two that you’ll come across frequently) and you’ll be working with a large amount of open source code.
