Maintains employer benefit reporting records, delinquency statuses, ledgers, and profiles using I-Remit and URBAN systems. Provides telephone and digital support on benefit calculations, payments, reporting protocols, account access, and delinquency resolution. Audits employer data, analyzes discrepancy reports, processes adjustments and refunds, generates tracking reports, verifies information, communicates with internal departments, and escalates noncompliant employers while ensuring collective bargaining agreement compliance.

Resolves delinquent employer accounts and benefit shortage claims by reviewing contribution records, calculating past-due amounts, communicating with employers and stakeholders, administering payment plans, issuing demand notices, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate case documentation. The role performs analytical research, identifies reporting discrepancies, supports dispute resolution, and coordinates delinquency remediation with internal departments, unions, contractors, and outside counsel.

Support payroll audit, collection, and arbitration processes for signatory employers by reviewing and preparing audit reports, tracking audit and collection statuses, processing payments and allocations, maintaining documentation, communicating with employers and internal teams, and assisting with arbitration and reporting. Ensure accuracy, compliance, timely follow-up, and adherence to departmental procedures and records-retention standards.

Manage the Training Center's websites and digital platforms, run digital communications and social media, maintain data quality, build reports/dashboards, provide technology support and training, and coordinate process-improvement and technology projects.

Administer dependent eligibility and beneficiary enrollments for the Welfare Fund: verify documentation, update records, process status changes and QMCSOs, support audits and retroactive terminations, communicate with members and third parties, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
