Supports digital fabrication laboratories, teaching, research, and interdisciplinary projects. Operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and improves CNC mills, laser cutters, 3D printers, robotic systems, scanners, and related equipment. Assists with Rhino and Grasshopper computational design workflows, robotics, Arduino, sensors, embedded electronics, physical computing, and emerging technologies. Provides technical guidance to students and faculty from concept development through fabrication and implementation.

Teach interactive undergraduate physics courses, modernize existing materials, develop new courses and curricula, and support students through advising, mentoring, recruitment, and committee service. The role requires a Ph.D. in Physics or a related field and demonstrated undergraduate teaching success, with preferred experience in advanced laboratory instruction and undergraduate physics research.

Supports experiential education programs through student, employer, and faculty communications, program coordination, promotion, recruitment, evaluation, reporting, and community partnerships. Advises students and alumni on career development, resumes, interviewing, presentations, job searches, and networking. Delivers career workshops and presentations, collaborates with academic partners, and represents Career Success at admissions, orientation, and other campus events.

Teaches pre-calculus, calculus, and advanced mathematics courses; develops curriculum and serves the Mathematics Department. The professor will help reform introductory mathematics courses through active learning, improve student retention and success, create instructional materials, increase student engagement, and support professional development for pre-calculus instructors.
