The role involves quality controlling diamonds and gemstones, managing shipments, handling customer queries, and supporting office operations.

Lead supplier acquisition, onboarding, account management, and revenue growth for a B2B diamond marketplace. Build consultative relationships with suppliers, optimize product assortment, pricing, inventory, quality, and performance, and use CRM and platform data to identify opportunities. Coordinate with product, operations, category management, marketing, and support teams while providing supplier training and resolving issues. The role requires regular local supplier engagement in Manhattan through in-person and virtual meetings.

Own Nivoda’s net-new customer acquisition and demand generation strategy as a hands-on individual contributor. Manage Google and Meta campaigns, develop scalable paid and organic channels, run account-based programs, and use value-led content and tools to generate qualified jeweller leads. Partner with data, GTM engineering, and SDR teams to improve attribution, conversion, and revenue measurement. Test, scale, or discontinue initiatives based on performance, with potential to build and lead a future growth team.
