Generous Parental Leave
We provide up to 10 weeks of paid parental leave for employees who have worked at NowPow for 1 year.

Our remote work program includes once a month company wide remote day and 2 personal remote days per year.
Family Medical Leave
Employees who have been with the company for 12 months are eligible for 12 weeks of family medical leave.
