Manage the full lifecycle of federal government proposals, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, sources sought notices, and task orders. The role requires knowledge of federal procurement and FAR processes, strong writing and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Lead design, implementation, and operational support of secure, scalable integrations and APIs across cloud and hybrid environments. Drive event-driven architectures, payment-processing continuity, observability, CI/CD support, and production troubleshooting. Serve as technical lead for Agile integration pods, coordinate with stakeholders, document patterns, and ensure resiliency and compliance for mission-critical enterprise integration workflows.
