The Certified Head of School leads operational strategy, team development, educational oversight, community engagement, and regulatory compliance to ensure quality early childhood education and growth.

Serve as the front-desk brand ambassador, guide families through enrollment, manage contracts and onboarding, support daily center operations, maintain compliance documentation, handle communications, and assist the Head of School with administrative and operational tasks to ensure a welcoming, well-run preschool environment.
