Serve as a middle-office lead for private credit deal lifecycle activities: coordinate deal closings, analyze legal documents, manage banking/custodian relationships, oversee stakeholder reporting, document management, and drive process improvements and automation across cross-functional teams.

The AVP, Tax will oversee tax reporting projects, manage tax deliverables, ensure accurate tax information, and handle audits, requiring extensive experience in tax and accounting.

Lead day-to-day global treasury operations including payments, bank account management, KYC/user administration, bank relationship management, TMS support, process improvements, audits, FBAR reviews, KPI analysis, transformation projects, and team leadership.

Lead enterprise liquidity forecasting, reporting, and stress-testing; manage excess cash investments and daily funding; optimize liquidity deployment and bank account positioning; oversee counterparty and contract management; improve Treasury automation and processes; and partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance and external banks to support firm-wide liquidity resilience.

Support middle-office private credit deal lifecycle including deal closings, fundings, asset setup, document review, counterparty communication, stakeholder reporting, and process improvement. Coordinate across investment, legal, tax, accounting, technology and external parties to ensure accurate operational controls, documentation, and automation opportunities.

Support investor relations for private credit strategies by preparing client-facing materials, responding to investor inquiries, coordinating LP meetings and co-invest opportunities, tracking deliverables and timelines, and synthesizing portfolio and market insights into clear commentary to deepen client engagement.

Lead structuring and execution of investment-grade asset-backed finance (ABF) transactions, coordinate stakeholders and rating agencies, perform diligence, build models and investment memos, and train junior team members. Support product development for insurer capital solutions and ensure transactions meet rating and regulatory requirements.
