Supports the CEO as a trusted executive partner by managing complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, board and investor coordination, travel, events, briefing materials, and follow-through on decisions. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, and proactive coordination across leadership, clients, partners, and employees. It also owns selected improvements to executive workflows and operating processes. The position is based in New York and requires four days per week in the office.

Senior SDET focused on performance engineering and automation architecture: design and run load/stress/endurance/scalability tests, define workload models and KPIs, analyze bottlenecks across app/database/infrastructure, integrate performance into CI/CD, build scalable test frameworks (TypeScript ecosystem), mentor engineers, and apply AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve productivity and test quality.

Interns will work on projects involving trading data analysis, metrics dashboards, and enhancing trading platforms, gaining hands-on experience in fintech.

Lead and run Octaura's U.S. broker-dealer compliance program, advise executives on regulatory risk, own AML and surveillance, manage registrations and regulatory filings, embed compliance into product and commercial decisions, select compliance technology, and build data and AI governance while supporting growth and regulatory responses.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for trading products, championing client-driven discovery and GenAI-enabled product processes. Manage and coach Product Managers, partner with engineering, design, GTM and exec leadership, use data to validate outcomes, and make disciplined trade-offs to deliver commercial impact and long-term product direction.

The Cloud Operations Engineer will enhance operational efficiency through automation, manage infrastructure solutions, and enable platform stability. Responsibilities include developing tools, ensuring compliance, and supporting application-level issues.

The Platform Support Engineer will maintain and support CLO and Loans trading systems, ensuring high availability and resolving issues in a timely manner.

The Scrum Master/Project Manager will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage multiple projects, and ensure they meet milestones while enhancing team communication and transparency.

The Software Engineer will develop and maintain a proprietary electronic trading platform, lead transitions to in-house development, and collaborate on customer solutions, requiring 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
