The Credit Workflow Strategist codifies leveraged finance workflows, advises institutional clients, maps credit analysis processes, and prototypes AI- and LLM-driven solutions. The role translates complex credit agreements, debt structures, and covenant analysis into tailored workflows, collaborates with product and engineering teams on platform enhancements, and scales domain expertise across Octus’s AI product suite.

Supports Octus’s editorial team by scheduling and tracking court coverage events, maintaining databases on companies and key events, monitoring third-party financial content, coordinating with court staff and vendors, and producing internal and client-facing reports, digests, recaps, and company-specific editorial pieces. The role also helps improve editorial processes and systems while managing multiple information streams.

Manage and grow enterprise subscription accounts across the United States through renewals, expansions, uplifts, and cross-selling. Build stakeholder relationships, achieve retention and quota targets, collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams, analyze account KPIs and usage, and identify opportunities to improve customer value and platform adoption.

Manage a small portfolio of investment banking and advisory clients to increase platform adoption, support onboarding, monitor account health, and improve retention. Perform deep-dive credit analysis, maintain coverage surveillance, build financial and recovery models, review credit agreements, analyze restructurings and liability management, publish timely research, support legal analysts, and engage with clients via calls and webinars.

Own and grow Octus.com optimization through analytics, A/B testing, personalization and marketing technology. Build hypotheses, run experiments (VWO), manage GA4/GTM measurement, ensure lead capture and data quality, and use AI to improve digital experience and marketing efficiency.

Leads a DevOps engineering team while designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, security controls, infrastructure as code, containerized microservices, and disaster recovery processes. The role focuses on improving developer efficiency, system reliability, scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in on-call support.

Own end-to-end client onboarding for the LevPro platform, from scoping and kickoff through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live.
