Represent students, faculty, and other clients in Title IX, education, civil rights, defamation, and complex litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda; manage discovery and ESI review; conduct legal research; develop litigation strategies; and represent clients in campus proceedings, mediations, and court proceedings. The role also requires independent caseload management, collaboration across practice areas, and strong client relationship skills.

Commercial litigation associate handling lender-side foreclosures, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, loan workouts, real estate litigation, and business disputes. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and supporting matters through resolution. The role requires independent matter management, strong writing and analytical skills, and active bar admission, preferably in New York or New Jersey.

Provide trusts and estates counsel for individuals and families: draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives; manage day-to-day estate planning engagements; maintain client relationships; advise on advanced planning strategies for high-net-worth clients; assist with estate and trust administration as needed.
