Supports digital transformation initiatives by gathering client and stakeholder requirements, conducting market and feasibility analysis, aligning digital strategies, documenting business processes, assessing data readiness, assisting with demonstrations and user acceptance testing, resolving process and application gaps, and troubleshooting user access issues.

Lead and manage client engagements in technology/software and private equity sectors, including commercial due diligence, strategy, and operational improvement. Drive business development, create thought leadership, mentor staff, and ensure on-time delivery. Serve as primary contact for senior clients and travel frequently for client work.

Serve as a strategic actuarial advisor to brokers, reinsurers, and clients. Lead complex specialty modeling, pricing, valuation, and capital modeling initiatives; assess risk exposures and financial impacts; propose actuarial services; support business development; direct modeling teams; advise senior management; and communicate solutions to clients. The role requires ACAS or preferably FCAS credentials, substantial industry experience, reinsurance expertise, and strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
