Serve as strategic internal communications advisor for the Americas, developing and executing regional comms and change-management strategies. Craft leadership messaging, manage crisis communications, drive engagement through KPIs and AI-enabled efficiencies, collaborate with global teams on technology and alumni initiatives, and oversee one direct report. Role requires close stakeholder partnership, measurement-driven continuous improvement, and occasional North America travel.

Lead and manage supply chain operations engagements: develop hypotheses, run analyses and modeling, synthesize insights into presentations, manage small teams (2–4), support partners on delivery, and help develop proposals and client relationships. Drive operational improvements across sourcing, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and IT-enabled supply chain solutions.

Lead development, validation, and productionization of P&C actuarial models and workflows. Translate actuarial requirements into reproducible, version-controlled code (Python/R/SQL), leverage cloud and AI tools, validate data pipelines, produce client-ready reporting and dashboards, and liaise between actuarial SMEs and engineering teams.
