The Director, Legal and Compliance will enhance compliance frameworks, support investment teams, and manage regulatory requirements for OMERS Infrastructure's global operations.

Lead origination, execution and asset management of private equity investments in Business Services. Source deals, manage due diligence, oversee portfolio value-creation and reporting, support capital structure and refinancing, build sector relationships, mentor junior staff, and partner with management on add-ons, operational improvements, talent and systems initiatives.

Provide confidential administrative support to three senior leaders and their teams, managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, planning meetings and events, handling office duties, executing projects, and exercising discretion and judgment while working independently under tight deadlines.

Support origination, execution and asset management for infrastructure investments. Conduct industry research, build and review financial models, lead diligence workstreams, prepare investment materials and offer documentation, and contribute to portfolio company strategy, financings and value-creation initiatives while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with advisors and stakeholders.
