Lead Greenfield and Brownfield customer network deployments and production migrations. Design and troubleshoot advanced routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF), implement firewalls (FortiGate, Cisco ASA), and build secure enterprise VPN and SD-WAN architectures. Participate in U.S.-aligned change windows and resolve complex escalations to minimize downtime.

Design, build, and operate production-grade OpenStack platforms including compute (Nova), networking (Neutron), and Ceph storage. Implement HA, capacity planning, virtualization tuning, SDN integrations, automation (Ansible/Terraform), Kubernetes-based control planes, bare-metal provisioning (Ironic), observability, upgrades, and on-call/night-shift support.

Lead customer network deployments and brownfield migrations, design and troubleshoot advanced routing and VPN architectures, implement and manage Fortinet and Cisco firewall solutions, perform TAC-level debugging (packet captures, device debug), and own production change windows aligned to US hours.

Design, build, automate, scale, and operate large-scale production OpenStack clouds. Responsibilities include OpenStack service architecture, Nova compute tuning, Neutron/SDN integrations, Ceph storage performance tuning, HA control plane design, multi-region replication, and automation using Ansible and Terraform. Troubleshoot messaging, hypervisor, and storage layers and support bare-metal-to-cloud deployments.
