Lead client engagements for implementation of PPM/work-management solutions. Act as primary client contact, manage schedules, scope, budgets, risks, and status reporting. Facilitate workshops, discovery, requirements, user stories, and training. Coordinate with solution architects, consultants, and sales to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Guide customers through discovery, implementation, integration, and adoption of PPM/work management solutions. Configure portfolios, plans, resources, and financial tracking; deliver workshops, demos and stakeholder communications; manage remote solution rollouts and ensure alignment to client strategy and value realization.

Own a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers to drive retention and adoption. Proactively identify adoption gaps, deliver hands-on configuration and integration improvements, lead strategic advisory and governance, support renewals and expansions, and coordinate across Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex technical issues.
