Support acquisitions, financings, and development of utility-scale power projects through financial modeling, valuation (DCF), investment memos, due diligence coordination, lender/tax equity support, transaction documentation review, and pipeline sourcing. Present recommendations to senior management and assist cross-functional teams to close deals.

Leads electrical engineering for a utility-scale power generation fleet, managing technical staff and overseeing safety, reliability, compliance, maintenance, and optimization initiatives. Directs engineering, procurement, construction, design, testing, outage support, root cause analysis, budgeting, and equipment evaluations for power plant improvement projects. Provides technical guidance, develops standards, supports cross-functional initiatives, and advises senior management. The role is remote with up to 25% travel and occasional field work requiring PPE and physical activity.

Provide operations electrical engineering support across utility-scale solar, wind, and thermal assets: event diagnosis, relay protection and settings, power system studies, NERC compliance and audits, maintenance and reliability support, on-site outage assistance, and development/M&A technical review.
