Entry-level Converting Technician responsible for pulling materials, setting up and operating sheeting and rewinding equipment, packaging finished goods, operating forklifts, following work orders and process documentation, maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping, and assisting/train others as assigned.

Provide on-site IT support and daily management of company information systems. Install, configure, upgrade, migrate, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, cell phones, servers, printers, and voicemail. Administer user accounts, security, backups and archiving. Maintain inventory and documentation, liaise with vendors, assist corporate IT with projects, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. Serve as primary help-desk contact for local and remote users.

Lead the Wallingford site to drive growth, efficiency and profitability by overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, IT, maintenance, facilities, quality, customer service and logistics. Implement Lean initiatives, manage budgets and KPIs, develop supplier and customer relationships, ensure health & safety compliance, and build high-performing teams.

Support extrusion technicians by loading raw materials, packing and labeling finished goods, operating and cleaning extrusion-related equipment, performing housekeeping, following safety/OSHA/PPE rules, and gaining certifications (forklift, equipment grade levels). Perform start-up, monitoring, and minor troubleshooting to meet production and quality targets.
