Own relationships with strategic enterprise and mid-market customers to drive adoption, renewals, upsells, and advocacy. Develop account plans and success frameworks, forecast retention and growth, translate customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to expand account footprint.

Prospect and engage enterprise customers via high-volume outbound outreach, conferences, and marketing lists. Qualify leads, collaborate with Account Executives for handoffs, track activity in CRM, meet pipeline targets, and share market feedback with cross-functional teams.

Serve as the research authority in pre-sales: join early meetings, lead methodological discussions, run demos and pilots, scope and deliver rigorous studies, support proposals/RFPs, and relay buyer feedback to product, sales, and marketing.
