Own customer deployments from discovery through launch and ongoing success. Lead workflow discovery, requirements, testing, configuration, timelines, stakeholder communication, milestone reviews, escalations, and go-live support. Partner with engineers, product, sales, and customer success teams to translate complex operational processes into reliable AI-agent workflows. Support mid-market customers, coordinate larger deployments with senior team members, and help build scalable implementation processes.

Conduct outbound sales development by identifying prospects, building targeted lists, running campaigns through Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation, booking qualified meetings for Account Executives, testing messaging and targeting, gathering prospect feedback, and developing SDR playbooks. The role works closely with founders, sales, and marketing leadership in a high-growth startup environment.

Drive cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across product, sales, marketing, partnerships, and strategy. Responsibilities include positioning and messaging, product launches, sales enablement, growth campaigns, customer and competitive research, pipeline and product analysis, case studies, and operational process improvements. The role requires independent project ownership, analytical problem-solving, strong communication, and comfort operating in a fast-changing startup environment.

Build Pallet’s growth and demand-generation engine for enterprise pipeline. Own paid acquisition, email, website conversion, content distribution, ABM, SEO, AEO, marketing automation, attribution, lead routing, segmentation, tracking, and funnel reporting. Test channels and campaigns, scale effective programs, manage agencies and partners, and collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and accelerate revenue. The role is based primarily in the San Francisco or New York offices.

Owns enterprise customer deployments from discovery and workflow design through execution, go-live, and long-term success. Leads customer discovery, translates business processes into AI agent workflows, coordinates with delivery engineers and internal teams, configures and tests agent solutions, and manages deployment plans, risks, timelines, scope changes, escalations, and executive communications. The role also improves scalable onboarding processes and requires significant client interaction and travel.

Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting: build targeted lists, run campaigns with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation, book meetings for AEs, iterate messaging and playbooks, and surface prospect feedback to improve go-to-market.

Drive technical validation and demos for enterprise logistics customers by building quick integrations/prototypes, mapping data flows across TMS/WMS/CRM, partnering with Sales on proofs of concept, and feeding product insights back to engineering. Enable GTM with demo templates and briefings while shaping the Sales Engineering playbook for AI-driven automation and agent workflows.
