Analyze portfolio, financing, operational, market, and macroeconomic data to inform capital structure and financing decisions. Build Python and SQL tools, dashboards, automated reporting, and scalable financial models by translating Excel-based structured finance models into code. Support evaluation and execution of debt, tax equity, and structured finance transactions, including scenario analysis, due diligence, term-sheet review, and investor materials. Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, technology teams, banks, investors, and legal counsel.

Build and evaluate complex financial models for tax equity, debt, ABS, and other structured finance transactions. Conduct scenario, sensitivity, pricing, and capital structure analysis; support transaction execution, due diligence, term sheet review, and closings. Engage investors, banks, legal counsel, and internal finance teams while analyzing market trends, regulatory considerations, and future financing needs. Maintain transaction models and reporting, contribute to executive materials, and improve capital markets processes.

Own monthly and quarterly reporting for solar, PPA, lease, and battery financing portfolios. Build reporting frameworks for new transactions, track performance metrics, maintain audit-ready records, support investor communications, and prepare materials for tax equity and institutional partners. Improve data flows and automate reporting using Microsoft Fabric, BI tools, and AI-assisted solutions while collaborating with Data Analytics, Operations, Finance, Accounting, legal, and deal execution teams.

Leads tax equity and tax-efficient financing activities, including capital origination, transaction structuring, negotiations, financial modeling, due diligence, documentation, and closing. Manages relationships with tax equity investors, banks, and financing partners; oversees Palmetto Finance reporting; collaborates with Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, Accounting, and Legal; and develops junior capital markets professionals.

Lead all investor communications and engagement, owning Palmetto's investor narrative and materials. Serve as primary liaison to equity and debt investors, sell-side analysts, and the investment community. Support capital raises, financing events, investor diligence, and provide leadership and Board with market and sentiment insights. Partner cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and alignment of investor-facing messaging and represent the company at conferences and investor meetings.

Lead reporting, data operations, and analysis for Palmetto Finance funding structures (tax equity, ABS, warehouse). Manage large datasets, build and automate reporting templates, support FP&A/treasury, and coordinate with finance, accounting, asset management, and technology teams to improve workflows and ensure investor reporting and funding strategy alignment.

Own the technical design and operation of Palmetto’s governed data platform. Build trusted data products, semantic models, ingestion and transformation pipelines, secure access interfaces, and agent-ready data services. Establish governance, masking, authorization, observability, CI/CD, and audit readiness. Partner with finance, operations, product, and engineering teams while mentoring engineers and setting cross-team technical direction.

Leads and grows the data engineering team while owning enterprise data architecture, ingestion, modeling, semantic layers, governance, secure APIs, and reliable platform outcomes. Partners with finance, operations, sales, marketing, and product to deliver governed, traceable data for products and AI agents. Sets the roadmap, manages vendors and costs, reviews architecture, contributes code, and delivers cross-functional data platform projects.
