Supports oversight and controllership for private wealth fund structures, including reviewing administrator-prepared NAV packages, financial statements, fees, expenses, reconciliations, valuations, and investor reporting. The Associate investigates discrepancies, maintains oversight documentation and issue logs, supports audits and regulatory examinations, and helps onboard new funds and improve scalable processes. The role collaborates with Investments, Legal, Tax, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and third-party administrators.

Lead structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure investments (primary, secondary, co-investments). Negotiate legal documentation, arrange deal-level debt and tax structuring, ensure investor onboarding and compliance (AML/KYC), coordinate closings with legal/operations/finance, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff to ensure timely, accurate deal execution.

Supports multi-state US payroll processing, benefits and 401(k) administration, payroll reconciliation, tax and wage reporting, and employee payroll inquiries. Provides North America HR operations support across onboarding, offboarding, documentation, compliance, performance and compensation cycles, and HR data maintenance. Delivers Spanish-language HR and payroll support to the Colombia office, partners with UK and global HR teams, and helps improve automation and system integration.
