Build and maintain real-time transcription and LLM-powered summarization pipelines, contribute to agentic tool-calling systems and integrations, develop full-stack services (Node.js/TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL) on AWS, support event-driven architectures, collaborate on prompt engineering, and ensure reliability, observability, and testability of production AI systems.

Lead design, build, and scale backend and frontend components for Pearl's clinical product suite. Own engineering architecture and deployments, integrate systems with ML/computer vision pipelines, use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve engineering velocity and quality, and mentor teammates in AI-augmented workflows.

Lead and scale an SMB onboarding team to reduce time-to-value and minimize onboarding reversals. Own people management, KPI tracking, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to remove deployment blockers and improve retention.

Own end-to-end vendor data quality for dental insurance and clinical data: analyze vendor feeds, build automated monitoring and alerting, improve recommendation precision/recall, reconcile and transform data, and manage vendor relationships to drive upstream fixes.

Lead the visual design across Pearls products by creating high-quality visual assets, developing cohesive brand identities, and translating complex concepts into clear, appealing designs. Collaborate with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, elevate product visuals, and meet business objectives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
