Design and own scalable dbt data models and semantic layers, define and govern company-wide metrics, build data quality and observability practices, enable analytics for experimentation and AI workflows, and align cross-functional stakeholders while mentoring analytics engineers.

Own Pelago’s B2B event portfolio and selected corporate programs, managing strategy, budgets, vendors, execution, executive engagement, attendee experiences, and post-event measurement. Partner with sales, partnerships, client success, content, brand, and marketing operations to connect events to commercial outcomes. Lead programs such as the Client Advisory Board and President’s Club, develop repeatable planning processes, manage swag operations, and travel regularly for conferences and customer-facing events.

Own renewal messaging cadence, retention metrics, and revenue-driving lifecycle programs. Build proactive reporting and measurement standards for renewal health, support activation and engagement initiatives, and design segmented communication programs. Partner with Product and Client Marketing to connect billing cycles, member experiences, and lifecycle messaging. Develop broader expertise in segmentation, cadence design, and activation strategy.
