Creates branded visual content for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, brochures, packaging, and marketing collateral. Develops concepts, layouts, illustrations, and templates; prepares final artwork; edits visual assets; maintains brand consistency; incorporates feedback; organizes design files; and manages multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and production requirements.

Provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including calendar and meeting management, correspondence, document and records maintenance, data entry, reporting, customer service, office supply and vendor coordination, management support, and limited purchasing and expense assistance. Maintains confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and professional communication while managing multiple priorities.

Enters, updates, verifies, and maintains accurate records across databases, spreadsheets, and computer systems. Processes documents, invoices, forms, and reports; organizes electronic and physical files; performs data-cleaning and quality checks; retrieves information; and prepares basic reports. The role also supports administrative tasks, protects confidential information, communicates with departments to resolve discrepancies, and meets accuracy and productivity deadlines.
