Responsibilities include answering questions, navigating customers to appropriate resources, coordinating with internal healthcare teams, documenting interactions, resolving or escalating issues, following up, and protecting confidential health information under HIPAA requirements. The role also supports service-quality standards, customer experience improvements, privacy training, and accurate recordkeeping in a healthcare environment.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to executive leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and expense arrangements, executive communications, document preparation, action-item tracking, confidential information handling, and special projects. Serves as a liaison among executives, employees, healthcare providers, vendors, and other stakeholders while proactively resolving scheduling and administrative issues.
