Partner with customers, resellers, legal counsel, client advocates, and internal stakeholders to resolve post-award issues, support onboarding, mitigate risk, explain contract options, and negotiate trade-offs. The role focuses on government contracting across federal, state, and local entities, including direct and cooperative purchasing mechanisms.

Manage state and local government sales contracts for an enterprise SaaS company. Draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and close agreements while balancing business goals, customer needs, legal risk, pricing, compliance, delivery, and procurement requirements. Guide customers through contracting and onboarding, coordinate with legal, finance, sales, and operations, and identify direct and cooperative purchasing mechanisms. The role requires autonomous execution, strong communication, negotiation, organization, and customer relationship management.

Lead product security architecture and embed security across the SDLC. Define authentication, authorization, data protection, and supply-chain controls.
