Own end-to-end sales for a territory of accounting and professional services firms: prospect, run discovery/demos and multi-week evaluations, close new logos, and expand accounts. Act as product and domain expert on Meridian and QuickBooks Online integration, collaborate with implementation, and iterate on the go-to-market playbook while carrying quota.

Own Pilot’s marketing operations systems, primarily Marketo and Salesforce. Build and QA email programs, nurtures, forms, campaigns, audience segments, and database processes. Maintain data quality, consent, deliverability, lifecycle logic, lead scoring, integrations, and campaign reporting. Support attribution through Marketo Measure and Looker, manage marketing requests against SLAs, and document process improvements. The role requires hands-on Marketo ownership, strong marketing data operations skills, clear communication, and effective use of AI tools.

Design, build, test, and continuously deploy scalable infrastructure and platform tooling. Create technical specs and rollout plans, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teammates, support services in production, and shape engineering practices across teams.

Build, test, deploy, and maintain accounting software for transaction categorization, revenue recognition, and accurate financial reporting. Own projects end to end, create technical designs and rollout plans, conduct code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, investigate production issues, improve reliability, and mentor teammates. The role involves working with typed Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Terraform, AWS, and PostgreSQL in a remote environment.

Lead ambiguous, multi-team software projects for core accounting systems. Set technical direction, make architectural decisions, build and deploy reliable software, review technical specifications, investigate production issues, and improve system reliability. Collaborate with product and cross-functional stakeholders, mentor and sponsor engineers, and maintain high standards for clean, tested code. The role focuses on typed Python backend services, financial systems, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
