Support senior biotechnology equity research analysts by conducting company and industry research, building financial models and valuations, writing reports and investment recommendations, meeting company management and industry contacts, attending conferences, and marketing research to sales and institutional investors.

Provide legal support to investment banking and capital markets: draft, review and negotiate engagement letters, NDAs and transaction documents; advise on securities and M&A matters; monitor regulatory changes; participate in firm committees; manage outside counsel and assist with ancillary litigation and special projects.

Lead regulatory oversight for Equity Sales & Trading: provide real-time guidance, maintain surveillance and e‑comms monitoring, oversee order/execution controls and reporting, update policies/WSPs, deliver training, and manage regulatory exams, risk assessments, and remediation.

Support execution of primary fundraising for private equity managers: underwriting managers, designing go-to-market strategies, preparing marketing materials, coordinating post-launch relationship management, and collaborating with capital solutions and secondary advisory teams on ad hoc projects.

Lead design and enforcement of enterprise data governance: policies, metadata, data quality, lineage, and access controls. Manage governance platforms, drive remediation, partner with legal/compliance/engineering, measure KPIs, and recommend tools to ensure privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
