The Implementation Consultant will onboard clients to the Planful platform, translating business needs into solutions and ensuring project delivery excellence.

Lead end-to-end customer rollouts of an AI-native planning platform: build and maintain data integrations, create performant financial models, develop AI-driven automated test harnesses, resolve data and performance issues, ship product fixes, and partner with finance stakeholders to operationalize solutions and feed product improvements back into engineering.

Manage a portfolio of clients to drive value realization, onboarding success, and renewals. Act as trusted advisor, provide consultative guidance on financial planning processes, leverage data and CSM tools (Gainsight, SFDC) to identify risks/opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, support escalations, and build scalable, repeatable success processes.

Lead architecture and implementation of a high-performance OLAP query engine and semantic layer: design a JSON-based DSL and compiler, generate optimized SQL for columnar databases, build distributed caching, tune JVM and low-level performance, and provide technical leadership and documentation.

Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS (Greenhouse) hygiene. Own full-cycle recruiting for SDR roles including sourcing, screening, coordination, and reporting. Partner with hiring managers and Sales leadership to maintain pipeline health and improve recruiting processes.

Serve as a subject-matter expert in EPM presales: lead discovery, deliver tailored demos, support proofs of concept, and translate finance requirements into solution narratives to drive sales and demonstrate Planful's value.
