Plenful Benefits Overview

Configure the Plenful platform for new customers, lead customer-facing implementations, provide technical support, and manage implementation timelines. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to define requirements, communicate customer feedback, develop use-case templates, and support expansions. The role requires solving technical problems, explaining complex concepts clearly, managing multiple accounts, and working with healthcare integrations and data formats.

Build and improve internal systems and processes supporting company scalability. Manage employee-facing IT operations, including devices, software, access, vendors, and support. Improve Notion-based knowledge management, documentation, governance, and discoverability. Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation, using technology, automation, and AI to streamline fragmented processes and deliver scalable solutions.

Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, data, and product-adjacent teams. Develop sourcing strategies, assess technical candidates, advise hiring managers, manage candidate experience, improve recruiting processes, monitor pipeline health, and support headcount planning. The role partners closely with engineering, People, and Finance teams in a high-growth startup environment.
