The Manager, Payment Operations oversees payment processes, ensures compliance, manages vendor relationships, and drives operational efficiency and automation strategies.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models for healthcare, finance, and operations. Build complex DAX measures, optimize performance, administer Power BI Service (security, refreshes, gateways, deployment), establish governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics.

Support Account Managers with client and broker relationship management, prepare client-facing documents and meeting materials, use AI tools to research and draft communications, maintain client records, and assist with follow-up and account deliverables during a 1012 week internship.

Configure, maintain, and test healthcare plan designs and benefit configurations to support auto-adjudication. Oversee system integration, upgrades, and interoperability. Create testing protocols, resolve adjudication issues, document changes, and collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficient claims processing.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and fostering long-term partnerships while overseeing client lifecycle activities.
