Drive enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting, account planning, and early discovery with engineering and FinOps buyers. Own inbound SMB deals end-to-end from discovery to close. Represent PointFive at events, use social selling, maintain CRM activity, and collaborate with AE partners to advance and close opportunities.

Lead positioning, messaging, and end-to-end launches for two AI-native products serving FinOps and platform engineering. Build GTM motions, sales enablement, pricing input, and field assets; run customer research and competitive analysis; partner with demand gen and content; start as a hands-on PMM and scale the function.

Lead and scale a global Solutions Engineering team to own technical pre-sales strategy and execution. Hire and coach SEs, standardize discovery/POC/integration motions, run architecture and security reviews, ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success, and close technical validation gaps by feeding customer insights to Product and Engineering.

Hands-on content leader who creates and publishes social and multimedia content (LinkedIn-first), shapes brand voice, supports executive presence, manages editorial calendar, translates technical product concepts for varied audiences, optimizes for AEO/SEO, and measures performance using HubSpot and Amplitude.

Lead PointFive's post-sales organization (Customer Success, Support, Professional Services). Build strategy, onboarding and support frameworks, drive retention and expansion, launch scalable Professional Services, champion customer feedback into product roadmap, and hire and mentor a high-performing customer organization to maximize adoption and net retention.

Build and run PointFive's legal function: own commercial contracting and CLM, support partnerships and vendor agreements, manage corporate governance and IP, advise on employment law globally, lead compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR), respond to RFPs/security questionnaires, and partner cross-functionally to reduce legal friction and surface risk to leadership.

Own post-sale lifecycle for enterprise accounts: onboarding, activation, renewals, expansions, forecasting, and NRR. Build multi-level relationships across engineering, FinOps/DevOps, and finance stakeholders, partner with SEs for activation, manage procurement/legal workflows, mitigate risk, and drive expansion and renewals.
