Design and deliver a comprehensive theater curriculum for ages 13–18, direct rehearsals, prepare participants for public performances, mentor adolescents, assess progress, manage classroom behavior, coordinate events with site leadership, and maintain program documentation and safe rehearsal spaces.

Manage daily financial operations and a team of accounting staff for a large nonprofit. Oversee general ledger, cash management, accounts payable, payroll accounting, grant compliance, fixed assets, lease and investment accounting. Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, financial reports, and support annual and Single Audits while improving processes and internal controls.

Lead grants and contracts accounting functions, supervise and train Grants & Contracts Accountants, review and approve vouchers/invoices, develop and reconcile contract budgets, monitor spending and forecast risks, manage compliance with government funders, prepare audit documentation including the SEFA, and improve workflows and tracking to ensure allowable costs and accurate reporting.

Provide administrative and programmatic support for the Mentoring And Advocacy Program (MAAP): develop systems and protocols, compile referrals/resources for youth (12–21), plan trips, manage petty cash and reconciliations, perform database entry and audits for ACS/OCFS, assist staff with records and charts, and support leadership on emerging program needs.

Seasonal part-time Site Monitor travels daily between youth worksites, observes and documents participant performance, maintains timesheets and files, liaises with worksites and supervisors, collects evaluations, ensures safe supportive environments, assists with audits, attends trainings/meetings, and performs related administrative duties.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee youth sports leagues and tournaments, including scheduling, game-day management, officials, facilities, equipment, registration, and tournaments.
