Builds relationships with residents, community leaders, businesses, and local stakeholders; represents the organization at events; provides program information and resident support; facilitates meetings and workshops; gathers community feedback; leads resident engagement services; advocates for residents; develops support materials; manages contracts and reporting compliance; and coordinates with property management companies.

Serve as the Executive Director's strategic partner and senior operational integrator, translating strategy into day-to-day execution. Oversee enterprise operations, performance-management systems, budgeting and compliance, board and committee processes, and major transformation projects. Supervise senior leaders for Programs and HR and partner with Finance, Real Estate, Asset Management, and Property Management to improve occupancy, asset stewardship, and operational performance.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for a supportive housing program: greet clients, manage calls and mail, maintain schedules and confidential records, track budgets and invoices, manage inventory and vendor submissions, assist outreach and data entry, document meetings, and support the Case Manager Supervisor to ensure smooth program operations.

Provide intensive, person-centered case management for a caseload of chronically homeless adults with HIV/AIDS, coordinating medical, mental health, and substance use services; develop treatment plans; perform assessments; document contacts in HMIS; facilitate groups; assist with benefits and housing stabilization; provide crisis intervention and collaborate with community providers.

The Case Management Supervisor will lead and manage a team, ensure compliance with standards, oversee client intake and service plans, and provide supervisor to case management staff.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of affordable residential development projects. Oversee acquisition, construction, financing, budgets, timelines, risk management, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and transitions to property management while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for IMPACCT Brooklyn's programs, oversee program directors and budgets, develop systems for program quality, lead new initiatives, support grant writing and evaluation, build partnerships, and ensure programs meet community needs and organizational goals.
