Provide maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for LAN, Windows servers, VMware infrastructure, and disaster recovery. Perform system/security administration, help desk support, vendor liaison, inventory management, audits, and evaluate hardware/software acquisitions.

Develop, maintain, test, debug and install in-house VB.NET applications. Prepare technical specifications, troubleshoot defects, write system documentation, lead project teams, assist end users, and support full SDLC and desktop/thick-client or batch processing projects.

Administer and upgrade FileNet systems, apply fixes/patches, migrate Image Services documents, perform reconciliation reporting, monitor and troubleshoot systems, and maintain document classes, security, recovery, and repository operations.

Provide maintenance, technical support, and troubleshooting for LAN, Windows servers, and VMware infrastructure. Perform system and security administration, manage disaster recovery replication, support help desk, liaise with vendors, maintain documentation and inventories, assist audits, and evaluate hardware/software acquisitions.

Design, implement, and maintain Oracle database applications supporting regulatory and risk-management functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, support testing/integration, perform physical database design, application-level administration, performance tuning, SQL development, and troubleshooting.

Responsible for system analysis, detailed design, development, implementation and maintenance of in‑house applications. Produce system documentation and test plans, work through full SDLC, perform coding/unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and support deployments. Financial domain and bilingual Japanese/English are desirable.

Develop, migrate, administer and support enterprise SharePoint 2010/2013 implementations including installation, administration, SharePoint-to-SharePoint migrations, PowerShell/STSADM scripting, IIS7 configuration, and independent work with strong communication skills.
