Provide product consulting and onsite Procore training to general contractor clients, advising on construction best practices, improving business processes, and collaborating with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption and client success. Heavy domestic and international travel required.

Lead Procore's People M&A strategy and run the People Solutions team. Own HR due diligence, design and execute global integration plans beyond Day 1, build scalable M&A playbooks, and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives (AI, culture, workforce planning). Act as primary HR partner to Corporate Development and mentor a small senior team while executing high-stakes organizational change.

Lead Procore's investor relations strategy and act as primary liaison to institutional investors, analysts, and major shareholders. Translate SaaS financials and product roadmaps into a clear investment thesis, oversee earnings and SEC disclosure processes, provide market and valuation insights, shape capital allocation and governance, and build and lead a high-performing IR team advising the CEO, CFO, and Board.
