Provide mentorship, advocacy, and systems navigation to youth experiencing homelessness. Engage youth through drop-in and outreach, conduct one-on-one peer mentoring, co-create peer-led programming, assist with resource access and appointments, maintain documentation, attend meetings and trainings, and promote youth leadership and wellness.

The Program Director oversees daily operations of the Transitional Independent Living Program, ensuring compliance, budget management, staff supervision, and program development while providing clinical support when needed.

Manage administration of government contracts and funding agreements: prepare renewals/amendments, ensure compliance, maintain contract records and registries, support program staff with proposals and reporting, administer government vendor portals, provide guidance and training to staff, and liaise with funders.
