Lead cross-functional business and operations projects from concept through implementation. Responsibilities include managing tickets and escalations, improving support infrastructure, creating self-service documentation, guiding onboarding, training users, driving platform adoption, identifying root causes with Product and Engineering, tracking service metrics, and scaling support workflows.

Build and maintain secure blockchain applications across custody contracts, transaction signing, orchestration, and key management. Own features end to end, contribute to technical design, coordinate delivery, review code, investigate production issues, and collaborate with neighboring systems. The role requires strong blockchain and cryptography knowledge, automated testing, AI coding assistant experience, clear communication, and the ability to work remotely across U.S. or Canada.
