Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for payroll and integrations across Canada and the United States. Lead discovery, launches, customer adoption, payroll accuracy, integration health, API direction, and portfolio decisions. Partner with engineering, design, QA, support, sales, and customer success while engaging customers directly. The role requires deep payroll expertise, strong product leadership, comfort with data and integrations, and experience delivering adopted B2B SaaS products.

Own and grow relationships with technology and affiliate partners from onboarding through long-term success. Drive partner-sourced pipeline through referrals, joint selling, business plans, co-marketing, and shared go-to-market initiatives. Coordinate integrations with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Track partner KPIs, lead QBRs, advocate for partner needs in product planning, and expand KayaPush’s presence across cannabis technology markets.

Build and maintain full-stack web and mobile features using React, React Native, PHP, Node.js, APIs, microservices, and databases. Collaborate with product and design teams, modernize systems, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure secure, scalable, well-tested code. The role also involves mobile integrations, CI/CD, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Research, prospect, and qualify leads across Canada and the US through outbound calls, email, and social media. Answer prospect questions, provide information to Account Executives, maintain professional outreach, and meet productivity goals based on meetings held and pipeline generated.

Lead QA efforts by designing and executing manual and automated tests, building and maintaining test automation frameworks, mentoring testers, driving QA processes, reporting defects, and integrating tests into CI/CD to ensure high product quality.
