As the first Technical Account Manager at Pylon, you'll manage client integrations, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for product improvements while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of a mortgage origination platform, leveraging AI to enhance product experiences, oversee integrations, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving customer success.

Lead and manage closing and post-closing operations, oversee third-party fulfillment partners, develop SOPs, workflows, SLAs, and QC, provide technical guidance to engineering, conduct second-level reviews, train teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and on-time funding.

Serve as a senior operational partner to originating customers, owning end-to-end issue resolution, ensuring loans progress to CTC and close on time, preventing compliance risks, and partnering with underwriting, product, and engineering to improve automated workflows.

Lead technical oversight and management of underwriting operations and third-party fulfillment. Build and improve underwriting workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and QC. Configure underwriting systems, conduct 2nd-level reviews, manage escalations, train teams, and partner with engineering to scale compliant, high-quality mortgage origination.

Own end-to-end delivery of closed loans to investors and whole-loan purchasers, manage suspense, rebuttals, and curative documentation, lead offshore post-closing teams, track purchase timelines and cash timing, serve as primary escalation for delivery disputes, and drive reporting, SLAs, and process improvements to reduce defects.
