Lead UX and digital design for eCommerce clients: concept, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, presentations, and developer hand-offs. Produce marketing assets, maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, meet timelines and budgets, and ensure web best practices and responsive design.

Design and produce pixel-perfect eCommerce UX/UI assets from concept through QA. Work within brand guidelines, create specs and style guides, ensure responsive best practices, manage timelines, communicate with clients, and QA final deliverables across devices.

Lead full-funnel growth strategy for eCommerce clients, own growth-only client relationships, translate performance data into insights and tests, coordinate Paid Media, Email/SMS, SEO and Creative teams, manage external consultants, ensure delivery quality, and present strategic updates to client stakeholders.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of eCommerce projects (site builds, redesigns, migrations, feature work). Act as primary client contact, manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and QA. Translate requirements to design/dev/marketing tasks, track performance, resolve blockers, and improve processes across multiple clients.
