Leads management consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and biotech R&D clients, focusing on data strategies, process optimization, analytics, technology adoption, and digital transformation. Oversees cross-functional teams, client workshops, stakeholder interviews, project budgets, milestones, deliverables, presentations, reports, financial models, and implementation recommendations. Supports business development through proposals, client discussions, and identifying new consulting opportunities.

Own and expand strategic enterprise life sciences accounts, build executive relationships, develop multi-year account strategies, and lead complex consultative sales of scientific data, bioinformatics, analytics, AI-ready data, and technology consulting solutions. Drive enterprise adoption, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with internal leadership, and conduct executive business reviews. The role requires strong life sciences domain knowledge, enterprise account management experience, scientific credibility, and an active biopharma network.

Provides pathology subject-matter expertise for biomarker discovery, companion diagnostics, digital and molecular pathology, and translational research programs. Reviews literature and pathology standards, develops annotation guidelines, performs or reviews digital slide annotations, and quality-checks human- and algorithm-generated outputs. Guides AI/ML model design, training, validation, and interpretation while collaborating with pathology, histotechnology, data science, and client teams to ensure clinically meaningful and scientifically rigorous results.
