Own consumer hardware products end-to-end from concept through EVT/DVT/PVT and mass production. Manage overseas contract manufacturers and cross-functional execution (engineering, firmware, design, ops, marketing). Define specs, schedules, cost/performance tradeoffs, and monitor post-launch performance.

Lead Raycon's hardware product engine to launch 10+ test bets annually, set kill/scale criteria, own component and architecture decisions, drive post-launch product health (ratings, returns, NPS), manage and coach PMs, and coordinate across Engineering, ID, Ops, Marketing, and CX to improve product quality and scale winners rapidly.
