IEX is looking for a seasoned compensation and benefits manager, who will be responsible for the full spectrum of compensation processes, from strategic compensation planning down to the nitty gritty of payroll processing. Responsibilities will include managing all matters related to payroll operations, payroll taxes, 401(k) plan administration, equity compensation, and year-end compensation planning. This individual will champion the automation and scaling of our processes as they exist today, and as that automation creates more bandwidth, the role would take on additional benefits and HR operations responsibilities. These responsibilities include benefits and PEO administration, open enrollment, HR vendor relationship management, employment law compliance, ACA reporting, I-9 completion and filing, employee record management, and employee leave request administration.
