Re:Build Manufacturing Benefits Overview

The Product Manager identifies digital transformation opportunities, defines product requirements, and oversees the development and deployment of digital solutions to enhance operational excellence for manufacturing services.

Lead Sales Programs & Collateral to produce proposals, case studies, decks, and RFP responses for complex B2B/B2G pursuits. Build playbooks, templates, AI-enabled workflows, and an asset library; translate market and customer insight into value-based narratives; partner with strategic account managers and executives; measure collateral impact on pipeline and revenue; hire and develop a small senior team.

Work on-site with portfolio companies to design, prototype, and deliver full-stack digital and AI solutions. Lead discovery, deployment, and post-launch iteration, ensure security/compliance, resolve technical issues, mentor teams, and drive enterprise integrations and adoption. Frequent domestic travel and stakeholder management required.
