Owns major funder relationships, principal gifts, high-diligence proposals, stewardship, revenue planning, and fundraising systems. Coaches staff, builds scalable processes, manages pipelines, and represents the organization publicly to sophisticated institutional and major-gift funders.

Lead product and design strategy, outcomes, and team development for technology serving criminal justice systems. Manage and mentor product managers and designers, establish strategic direction, improve workflows and operating standards, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and scale products across state partners. The role emphasizes product adoption, user-centered discovery, organizational sustainability, and AI-assisted product development, with quarterly travel expected.

Build and manage relationships with state correctional agencies and justice-system stakeholders. Understand partner needs, adapt product offerings and data analysis, communicate requirements to cross-functional teams, and drive measurable impact and financial sustainability. The role requires frequent travel to meet state officials and visit prisons and parole offices, along with navigating challenging environments and supporting technology-enabled change.
