The Director of Product leads and develops a high-performing team of product managers at Recidiviz, driving strategic product direction, team growth, and cross-functional collaboration to improve criminal justice outcomes.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles: review inbound applicants, source candidates (LinkedIn), conduct screenings, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews and feedback, track metrics, and improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales to state and local agencies: build pipeline, manage long (12–24 month) deals, navigate procurement/RFPs and federal funding, design pricing and packaging, and scale a sales motion while personally closing initial statewide engagements.
