Responsibilities include raising tax equity and debt, structuring corporate facilities, overseeing project sales and divestitures, managing financial institution relationships, evaluating financing structures, guiding transactions, and mentoring the Project Finance and M&A teams. Partners with development, legal, corporate finance, business development, and origination teams to execute complex solar and storage project financings.
