Entry-level training role supporting Account Sales Managers through route coverage, customer relationship maintenance, merchandising, displays, audits, and KPI achievement. Trainees complete a certification program to become eligible for ASM roles and provide in-route and off-route support for sales initiatives and store execution.

Perform outside sales on an assigned route, manage customer relationships, increase product placement and inventory, maintain Red Bull equipment and displays, monitor competitor activity, meet sales and merchandising goals, and collaborate with peers to protect and grow the Red Bull brand.

12-month on-premise sales trainee program to learn face-to-face sales, relationship building, execution, and event activation across bars, clubs, restaurants, catering, and festivals. Manage multiple accounts, expand distribution and visibility, negotiate partnerships, and represent the Red Bull brand in-market.

Field-based role managing Red Bull distributor partnerships to drive annual business planning, in‑market execution, key account rollout, POS delivery, and distributor sales development. Uses data to set KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure merchandising and brand standards are executed to meet volume goals.

Conduct daily account audits and capture in-store beverage insights to improve SKU availability, pricing, distribution and chilled presence. Identify opportunities, prospect new customers, perform field visits and follow-ups, use audit tools/PAT app, and support implementation to increase brand visibility and sales.
